JM PRECISION 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

JM Precision stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. Your JM Precision watch is covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.

WHAT IS COVERED

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch movement and internal components under normal use during the warranty period.

If JM Precision determines that your watch has a covered manufacturing defect, JM Precision will, at its discretion, repair the watch, replace the defective component, or replace the watch with the same or a comparable model when appropriate.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Battery depletion from normal use
Scratches, dents, discoloration, or other cosmetic damage
Damage to the crystal, case, crown, pushers, bracelet, clasp, or other external components caused by accident, impact, misuse, or improper handling
Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, alteration, or servicing
Loss or theft
Damage caused by failure to follow reasonable care and operating instructions
Water damage resulting from use beyond the watch's stated water-resistance rating
Water damage resulting from operating the crown or chronograph pushers while the watch is submerged or wet

BATTERY

Normal battery depletion is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this limited warranty.

A defective battery or related component present at the time of delivery may be evaluated separately by JM Precision.

WATER RESISTANCE

Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may decrease over time due to normal wear, aging or deterioration of seals and gaskets, impact, improper servicing, or other factors.

Water damage caused by exceeding the watch's stated water-resistance rating or improper operation of the crown or pushers is not covered by this limited warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

To request warranty service, contact info@jmprecisionco.com and provide your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs or video when applicable.

Please contact JM Precision and receive return instructions before sending your watch for warranty service.

Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

SHIPPING FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

For a product determined by JM Precision to have a defect covered under this limited warranty, JM Precision will cover reasonable return shipping as applicable.

For issues determined not to be covered by the warranty, the customer may be responsible for shipping, repair, replacement, or other applicable costs. JM Precision will communicate any applicable charges before proceeding with non-warranty service.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Warranty service requires valid proof of purchase.

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of a genuine JM Precision timepiece purchased directly from JM Precision or an authorized JM Precision seller.

LIMITATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement remedies described above. This warranty does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
