Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your JM Precision watch must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, and free from scratches, damage, sizing alterations, or other signs of wear. The watch must include its original packaging, protective materials, accessories, documentation, and any items originally included with the order. Proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, contact us at info@jmprecisionco.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and authorization before the item is shipped.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization from JM Precision may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your watch arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly at info@jmprecisionco.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please retain the watch, original packaging, and shipping materials while we review your claim. We may request photographs or other information to help evaluate the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns of watches that show signs of wear, damage, modification, engraving or personalization, sizing alterations, or other alterations made after delivery.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different eligible product, please contact us. In most cases, the fastest method is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order after the return has been accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns resulting from an error by JM Precision, or for an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, JM Precision will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable return-shipping requirements will be provided when your return is authorized.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
